Java developers-

Candidate should be 4 years of experience on- Java / J2EE JSP EJB/ Struts / Hibernate Strong server side and GUI development skills Oracle / SQL JDBC.

Candidates with 2-4 years of experience in handling clients for developing business in Middle east, Singapore and hongkong.

Team Lead (US Recruitments)-night shift
Approve Resumes / Rates of candidates for submissions and submittal to the sales persons.
  keep team motivated.
  Communication with US counterparts for specific requirements / submittals.
  Daily snapshot, PO Status and other process related reports.
  Interviews for new hiring.
  Maintain Discipline and direction of team members.
  Follow ups on all contract agreements, background checks and Physical PO's.
  Providing training to new hires regarding the recruitment process.
  Delegating requirements among the team member.
Technical Recruiter (US Recruitments)-night shift
Analyze complex IT requirements and identify quality candidates from the US market, knowledge of working on W2, Corp to Corp, 1099,Willing to work in night shifts, Candidates from background BTech, BCA, Diploma in computers +MBA preferred.
