Control - Integrated Repair Management System (RMS) enables equipment owner / operator to have total control over their global equipment fleet. Each and every equipment repair is registered, validated and archived for future reference, thus providing repair managers a transparent real-time view, at any time, on the current repair status of their global fleet, therefore enabling them to give instructions to repair shops and surveyors.

 

Accessibility - RMS is completely Internet based so it is accessible anywhere, any time, without any network or transmission costs. So no matter where any user, shipping line, depot, surveyor, or leasing company is located they can have access to the system to the level pre-set within the security module. This means that everybody has access to the same information at the same time, but can only perform the functions they are allowed to do.

Alerts & Notification - Immediately after registration of the repair estimate by Repair Shop, RMS alerts responsible party, using Alerts & Notification server.

 

EDI feature - Repair estimates can be received from the service provider through our built-in Internet based EDI/XML translation and mapping software. That is, repair estimates can be sent by the service provider (depots) as email attachments (or ftp) in various formats, received, translated, and mapped to a single standard code format.
